On 2 & 3 Sept 2006 the
Power Jam Music
Alliance and
St
Mary's County held
Park Rock Fest 2006 at the
Chancellors Run
Regional Park. Each day there was four stages with 14 or more
bands on each stage for total of over 100 bands performing
concurrently throughout the two days. Surrounding the stages there
were
three areas to where vendors and community groups shared and
participated in the event. The Food
Court is where area vendors satisfied the hunger and thirst of the attendees.
The Market Place is where area vendors be displayed and
or sold
their merchandise. Lastly, the Community
Center for civic, educational, welfare and social organizations
shared their group's goals, ideas and services.

The gates for Park Rock Fest open at 9 AM and close at 11 PM.
As with all PJMA events, this is a drug free, alcohol
free, and obscenity free event.
